Rachel Johnson is a leader that is growth-oriented, focused on consistent processes, shared vision, and team empowerment. For more than a decade she has been serving as a senior leader in various capacities.
Rachel was introduced to EOS five years ago when her leadership team decided to implement this operating system into the organization. Rachel was the Integrator and took on the role of getting each department on the same page. Although not always easy at times, the tools were simple and traction within the leadership team was happening quickly. For the first time in the organization, the whole team knew where they were going and how they were going to get there. Frustrations decreased, productivity and accountability increased and individuals at every level wanted to be a part of the future of the organization.
After integrating the Entrepreneurial Operating System® within that organization, Rachel took the skills and tools she was utilizing to work for a start-up organization that focused on providing support to entrepreneurs and small businesses. EOS® tools helped build the foundation of the start-up and provided guidance for the staff.
After living and breathing EOS, Rachel wanted the ability to dig deeper and work closer with leadership teams to show how life-changing this operating system can be in every business.
With her Bachelors degree in Psychology and her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work, Rachel has a strong foundation of coaching and group facilitation experience. Implementing EOS® allows her to combine her unique skills of connecting and helping people with her business development acumen.
